How to make Crispy Fried Corn

Boil sweet corn,
put 2 cups of water in a vessel, cover it and let the water boil.� When the water boils, add sweet corn to it and let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes.

After 5 minutes, the sweet corn will start looking puffed up.� Sweet corn has been boiled.� Take them out of the water, put them in a sieve and then turn them into a bowl.

Add corn flour, red chilli powder and salt to sweet corn.� Mix everything well until the spices stick well to the sweet corn.� The spices should not look like powder.

  • Sweet Corn – 1 cup
  • Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
  • Oil – for frying
